Light & Power Utilities

Wastewater Utility
Anderson's wastewater utility service is provided by the City of Anderson Water Pollution Control Department (WPC). The current capacity of Anderson's wastewater systems is 21.25 MGD.  In addition to WPC, the City Engineer's Office is responsible for the city's stormwater utility.  Learn more...

Water Utility
Anderson's water utility service is provided by the City of Anderson Water Department.  It is one of the largest municipal owned water utility services.  All of Anderson's raw waters sources are groundwater, and therefore, it has a very consistent composition and is more drought resistant than surface sources often found in many communities.  Learn more...
