Indiana Small Business Development Center (ISBDC)
The ISBDC provides management assistance to current and prospective business owners, including a wealth of free and low cost information, management counseling, and educational services designed to support business owners and entrepreneurs. A business advisor from the East Central office in Muncie comes to a satellite office in Anderson every Wednesday.

Flagship Enterprise Center (FEC)
The Flagship Enterprise Center is a small business incubator and growth stage business accelerator for technology-based businesses. In addition to offering business counselling services, the FEC established the Flagship Microloan Program in 2010, approving more than 250 loans totaling over $6 million since beginning the program. The FEC Microloan Program also offers Technical Assistance Program to help their clients continue to grow.

Anderson Public Library
Anderson Public Library offers free computer-based classes such as Computer Basics and Microsoft Powerpoint Basics.  It also offers other job search and enhancement classes such as resume writing workshop.
