Madison County Economic Development (MCED) If your business is located outside of the City of Anderson but in Madison County, contact Madison County Economic Development (MCED). As a privately-funded non-profit organization, MCED’s mission is to plan and undertake activities leading to steady job growth, increasing economic diversity, and a strengthened employer base which enhance the quality of life of Madison County.
